Looking to switch careers or embarking on a new path? Here are the most promising jobs for 2025.

According to LinkedIn’s 2022 Jobs on the Rise report, the 25 fastest-growing job roles reflect trends from the past five years. Key findings indicate that healthcare roles are booming, and several positions listed emerged only after the pandemic. The data also highlights the enduring nature of remote work, with many of these roles being performed from home.

“Remarkably, half of the top 10 fast-growing roles in the U.S. come with over 30% remote work possibilities, such as the Business System Administrator (#9) with 45% remote work availability,” noted Andrew Seaman, senior editor for Job Search & Careers at LinkedIn News.

If you're entering the job market or contemplating a change, you're not alone. A recent LinkedIn survey revealed that 62% of Americans are considering a career shift in 2022. Opportunities abound for those at any stage of their career, including those switching fields. Additionally, there’s a rising demand for professionals focused on supporting others, with roles like Diversity and Inclusion Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists gaining traction.

“Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is a rapidly expanding field, now integral to companies' core strategies, not just confined to HR teams,” said Kavitha Prabhakar, chief DEI officer for Deloitte US. “Job seekers should target organizations that demonstrate a commitment to achieving transparent and measurable outcomes, both internally and in the wider community.”
